  We had a great Thanksgiving here. Many kitchen amenities to assist with out meal. The house was big and spacious with room for the young and old to relax.

  When we arrived, we noticed that ten light bulbs in the kitchen had burned out. I called the property manager's office and we had replacements in about ten or fifteen minutes. WE love staying at Paul's place and have reserved it again for next year.

  What a wonderful time was spent at Pauls Place. Ocean front for sure. The kitchen has everything one needs. Enough beds for everyone. We were a party of 5 adults and 7 kids and 2 teenagers. Everything was clean. Big rooms. Enough bathrooms. We had everything we could need. The only only complaint that I could even think of would be a few more towels. Thanks for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!   This was a fantastic place for our family reunion. The house is very spacious, with more than sufficient beds/bathrooms for all. Great kids room with bunk beds. Fantastic views. We will definitely be returning to Paul's Place.

  The views both front and back were wonderful....with the beach right out the back door. The amenities were very nice, not the newest, but certainly more than accaptable. We loved staying at Paul's Place and after 4 nights, were not ready to leave yet. Next time...we will need a week!

  This is a really great home that allows for group meals and living space but also has separation that can let your kids nap while you play! The kitchen was well stocked with baking pans, crock pot, blender and coffee maker. Here's a better description of the floor layout: Double car garage (double deep also) is on the street level. Walk up a few steps to an enclosed front yard and enter the house on the main level (over the garage.) On the main level are three bedrooms - one king with attached bathroom/shower, one queen, one large kids room with two bunks, two twins and two couches. There are TVs in the king and kids rooms. The living/kitchen area on this level opens out to the beach with a sandy back yard type area and the dunes. There is also a laundry area on this level with washer/dryer. Upstairs is a living area with dining table for four and breakfast bar. Two bedrooms with kings and a large bathroom with bathtub on the upper level. Upper level has a small deck looking over the beach and a large deck on the street side. We found this home large enough for four couples and kids and we will be back as soon as we can!

  We needed a home to accommadate 11 people (4 boys and one 13 year old girl plus six adults). It was absolutely perfect and we immediately booked a week for next year.

• by the ocean -- Our trip was for a family reunion so we moved between our beach house and two others. Time spent in Paul's place was peaceful and relaxing. Beds were super comfortable.

  There could have been some outdoor furniture on the upper deck. We were too busy to pick up chairs from Bayshore Rental (they said they had about 12 to borrow)but we were too busy. The bunk bed room was great for the kids ... lots of room, isolated from the rest of the house. They loved long beach walks. We brought a boat so did some crabbing in the bay that was very popular -- caught lots of crab. The dune skimming, eating out, shopping, scenery watching ... it was all good.

  We loved this house. It was perfect for all of us especially the kids. We did have to move the dvd player from living room to kids room but other than that it was perfect. Its not too far from ocean and has plenty of room for kids to play in the sand.
