  The size of the house was great, the view of the Ocean was amazing. The BBQ was a joke for 6 people the little tiny habatchi bbq was as big as a dinner plate to cook on, looks like there was a gas bbq but no gas for it.... locked up my husband said. Kinda smelled old and needed some more dusting but overall we loved it. Thank you

    We are so sorry! We would have brought you propane had you called, or a briquette BBQ. We are on call 24/7 for any emergencies or problems with a specific home. We will also look into the cleaning issue.

  The house was very comfortable and inviting. We saw whales, sea lions, and harbor seals from the deck and the sunsets were unbelieveable. We had such a great time there. I loved walking on the beach in front of the house and we brought home some many treasures.I can't thank you enough for opening up your home to our family. We hope to come back soon!Thank you to the staff at Bayshore, you were very helpful and friendly!

  This was the perfect location for us, it overlooked the beach my husband and I used to walk when we were dating and even though there was no beach access we loved how secluded we felt and enjoyed the awesome views!
  
  Our kids loved staying here as well, they saw several bunnies and the weather held nicely so we could enjoy the porch as well as hit the local beaches during low tide and see the many wonders tide pools have to offer.
  
  We would recommend this house to all our friends and are looking forward to our next stay.

  A great old house. Could use a few mor comfortable chairs. We have had a wonderful time there the past four year. Susan and the Bayshore people have been great.

  Though it didn't seem like we stayed in the house much at all, the time we did was homey and comfortable. The view and location were great. We didn't even use the upstairs family room though if our kids were younger that's where they would have been. The place would have been perfect had there been direct beach access but the walk down the road wasn't too bad. We have already recommended Berman to some friends and we'd be happy to go back. Thanks Berman Family!

  WE RENT THIS HOME ONCE A YEAR IT HAS A GREAT VIEW!!! UPSTAIRS PLAYROOM FOR THE KIDS IS A GREAT BONUS.BEDS ARE VERY HARD WE BRING OUR OWN MATTRESS TOPPER OTHERWISE THEY ARE UNBEARABLE FOR AN EXTENDED STAY.

  We had a wonderful stay. The view from the living room is simply fantastic. Though it was often foggy, that was no real problem.The little yard is full of birds, chipmonks and has a resident rabit. The house is well kept up with nice furniture and a comfortable wood stove. It was great for us two,and would be adequate for four.Six would be cramped unless there were several children. The location is excellent-close to Walport and Newport. If the house does not sell, we will be back next year. Even if it does sell, we will be back at another Bayshore house next year since the staff at Bayshore is so friendly and professional.

• Gorgeous view. Perfect place for us to spread out..sleeps up to 6 but perfect for the 4 of us..upstairs playroom with large tv great for 8 yo, and a stash of kid movies too.

  Lovely large deck with expansive ocean view. Only negatives were no beach access, and needing to walk a short way on HWY 101 for that, but knew that when booking the house. Also no place to ride bikes without driving to safer area. The house is just off 101, but the short wooded driveway does block the view and road sounds, as the ocean sounds take over. It was hard to leave this beautiful place. Nice washer and drier, and Wifi. Very sweet old couch placed by heaters and in front of huge windows for inside ocean view, for the rainy or colder times.
