Spectacular 180 degree plus view with the ocean less than 200 feet from the front door. Great Views of Yachats rocky coastline from this three bedroom Lindal Cedar Home. Two bedrooms have king beds and the other has two twin beds. Two bathrooms, walk across the street to the beach. Woodburning fireplace, dining room and convenient kitchen. We do not rent the apartment separately from the house. The house sleeps 6 and if there are more than 6 guests theapartment is available for a combined fee.

We used to stay at one of the local Hotels, but after discovering Rocky Point House, from now on we will be staying here. Perfect location for both convenience and scenery and the price is very comparable to local Hotels. Open the blinds for a panoramic view of the Sunsets each night. Spotless upon arrival, Stay a week and convince yourselves you won the Powerball and bought your dream home. Very friendly locals and great food close at hand or stay home and cook in a wonderful kitchen. Not a single complaint from beginning to end.

Our group was a bit put off by the $25 booking fee. The taxes and cleaning fee were unavoidable. The booking fee wouldn't be a deal breaker, just seemed rather excessive.
