  This home is on the east side of a beachfront drive in Waldport. It has beautiful views of the ocean from the kitchen, dining room and deck. It is located three houses down from an easy access, short, beach trail. The upper deck has a gate to keep your
  dog upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped. The entertainment system is great. Lots of movies, cds, books/games, and a ping pong table. We had a great stay! It's close to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Seal Rock, Devil's Punchbowl, crabbing, etc. Great Location!!!

  Bud-n-Molly's is a perfect home for a relaxing stay at the beach with plenty of space, beautiful views of the ocean, and easy access to miles of wide sandy beach. We have stayed in this home five times now and always found it clean and inviting. We love the location because it is easy to get to but away from the main highway on a quiet residential street. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen has the tools you need plus beautiful views of the ocean. If you want to eat out, there are lots of places to choose from within short driving distances.

  Over the year's we have had dozens of girls weekends all over the coast and up into the mountains. Bud & Molly's home is by far the best place we have stayed. Not one single complaint! Well... time could have gone slower, and there could have been a hot tub!!

  Wonderful view of the ocean in a comfortable setting. Outside lighting very helpful. This was our friends first time staying at Waldport. They will be back. The tub in the lower floor needs attention.

  Beautiful home with easy beach access only half a block away. Ocean views from kitchen and great room are spectacular! Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and dog friendly. We are definitely coming back for a week stay in the summer.

  We loved staying at Bud & Molly's. It was a lovely spacious home. We loved that we could bring our dog and enjoy this lovely space. Our family had a wonderful restful fun time. Our grandson's found very special tresures on the beach and really enjoyed the nice varity of childrens DVD's available. It was a rainy stormy weekend so that was nice for all of us!! We definately plan a return visit!!!

  House was beautiful, well appointed and well kept. Nice view for watching the storms outside - had rain, wind, hail and even a little snow while we were there. House was roomy and comfortable.
  
  Only three of us instead of originally planned six were able to come. Would have run out of toilet paper if everyone would have come - as it was, we did run out in one bathroom - not enough supplied for the number of days we stayed. There was no Kleenex provided so we had to make a run to the store for that. Would suggest waste baskets in the bedrooms and it would be nice if the bathroom waste baskets had lids since you rent to people with dogs. My daughter was wanting a full length mirror in the bedrooms downstairs when she was changing. No WIFI which was missed but not essential - kept my daughter off the internet which was good.
  
  Would love to go back and stay again - just bring our own paper products so we don't have to go out to the store in the storm. Garage was a GREAT blessing in the stormy weather - although we couldn't find any remote for it, it was so nice to be able to load and unload the car out of the bad weather.

  This beautiful family home makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter the main upper level. There is easy access through an outer door into the garage and the lower two bedrooms and bath. My large lower bedroom was convenient for taking my dog in and out. The main level is only accessible by stairs. All the main living areas and master bedroom are upstairs. Both baths are accessible to all. The home and views are stunning, miles of beach just a short walk, yet close to town, neighborhood quiet and homes mostly upscale. Except for the many wonderful dog/family photos you would not know a dog had ever been there. The well prepared manuals were so helpful in describing the area and explaining everything in the house and it all worked! This is a prime tourist area on the central Oregon Coast. Newport, 14 miles north on Yaquina Bay, has a year around fishing fleet, Oregon Coast Aquarium, OSU's Marine Science Center, a performing arts center plus many restaurants and shops. Walk the bayfront and watch the boats coming in and out under the historic Yaquina bridge.

  We love Bud n Molly! Very friendly towards pets (even a polaroid so you can post a picture of your dog). Yet its very clean, no doggy smell. The house is bright and comfortable with a nice kitchen. Sandpiper area is pretty with the trees.

  Bud & Molly's has always been wonderful. My family and I have stayed in Bayshore Rental homes several times and have only encountered unacceptable uncleanliness once and in a limited area of the home. The property management was prompt to address the issue and highly apologetic. Some of the nicest homes in Waldport.
