  Staying at the Seagull Sanctuary was the cherry on the pie of our 3-week holiday in the Northwest. We were so pleased, and liked everything. To start with the location is superb, fantastic view, nice deck, deckchairs. The inside much bigger than expected,
  very nicely furnished,well equipped kitchen, masterbedroom great bed, tv room convenient and comfortable and great washer and dryer.Everything was well taken care of and superclean. If we do have a remark it would be, put a queen in the room of the double
  bed, that bed really is too small for 2 adults.

• Yes, as always we loved our stay on the Oregon Cost.Bayshore is who we always rent from. Oe cooment that was made to Frank caught me off gurard. Yes, I mentioned tohim that the home was lacking amenities, paper goods, detergent ,an empty fridge.

  This was a first! We always know that shopping is required, bt I felt this home, although very comfortable, provided little perks as we've become accostumed to. I left many goods for the nexgt renter or housekeeper, whomever benefits and I always do. I don't throw things out rather leave ghem for someone else to use/benefit fro There wasn't even a napkin or tea bag, coffee, NOTHING!. No, it won't stop me from coming back, but it was disapointing. Yes, Seaside Cottage in Yachats was OVER THE TOP in above mentioned amenities, perhaps I was poiled.
  Another thing," WHERE WERE THE WHALES? 'They were always there to greet me n the Yachats homes, only kidding.
  Thank you for always directing us to homes we will enjoy.

    We always enjoy having you come into our homes, however, never do we leave food in the homes. Coffee is left by the owners at Seaside Cottage and a jar of jam, unopened. Not many owners go to that extreme. Ants, and rodents are attracted to food of any kind, therefore our cleaners are instructed NOT to leave food in the homes. Sorry about the whales, they were probably looking for you in Yachats.

  It was great. We loved it and would rent it again. I did feel we should have been able to get into it earlier. They made us wait for hours..even tho when I rented it she said it was ready.

    As I remember, you made the reservation the same day you wanted to arrive. You were able to check in at 2 pm. Regular check in is at 4 pm so I am very confused as to your comment about having to wait for hours?

  Lots of room for the family to spread out if needed. Great deck and easy access to the beach. Took us a while to figure out how to cool the upstairs area but once we figured that out it was a perfect home to relax and just enjoy our stay. We would definitely come back!

  Seagull Sanctuary is a delightful 3 BR property which we greatly enjoyed. It is well designed, decorated and maintained. The sunset view from the upstairs living room is fabulous.

  We really liked the house. It was a good set up for our family of 5. A slight ant problem in the kitchen was a little annoying- possibly just a seasonal problem.

  We had an incredible few nights at Seagull Sanctuary. I've rented a lot of houses on the coast and never seen one so nice inside. Really nice "chabby chic" furnishings, gorgeous wood floors. More equipment in the kitchen than we could ever use, including Cuisanart appliances. Access to the beach was easy, the view gorgeous. I brought my son & his friend, and they were able to sequester themselves in the downstairs family room complete with large screen t.v. & video games (we brought our Wii, but there was a system there with games). Nice desk set up in that room complete with printer & outlets. The beds were more comfortable than mine at home! Can't say enough about this house. We will definitely be back.

  Kitchen could use a few more items. We're accustomed to Fellowship's kitchen and cook a lot while we're there. A garbage bin would be good too, though not a big deal to cart it up to office (as long as you remember to unload it before heading down Coastal Highway!)
