There is an additional bedroom with bath in hall on upper level. Upper level also has an entertainment room equipped with large screen TV and comfortable wrap around sofa. There is also a conversation/sitting/game area overlooking courtyard and unobstructed views of the ocean on the upper level. Terra cotta ceramic floors throughout main level, two dog showers, one on main floor in the laundry room and one on the lower level. Gorgeous fireplace in family room off kitchen area with "Sea Lions" soapstone fireplace insert. Entire house equipped with stereo system, all stainless appliances with a Wolf Gourmet range with grill, sub zero refrigerator. Huge deck which runs full length of house is furnished with teak deck furniture and a large gas barbeque is provided which is meant to be used off garage on lower level. Dogs allowed (2 limit), $500.00 per night plus a $200.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum This home will accommodate 8 adults and 4 children (mats provided for children to sleep on).

Sport court in the back yard, complete with waterfall, picnic tables and barbeque. Three bedrooms have queen beds with private bathrooms and large showers (no tubs). Two additional bedrooms in the main hall share a bath, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other two bunks which have doubles below and twins above. Large designer kitchen, living room has gas log fireplace for cool night, no smoking, no pets. $250.00 per night, reduced from $325 (July and August is $325) plus a $125.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people.
	Lehr's Landing This Ocean front, 3400 s.f. home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a game room. It has great views from atop a 45 foot cliff directly over the Pacific. The house is within easy walking distance of Ona State Park. What a great house! 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level, one king suite, with separate bathroom, shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The other bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. The second bathroom is located on this level. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other one with a queen bed. The third bathroom is located on the lower level with shower, and double vanity sink. There is a large game room with pool table, foosball, basketball game, TV/DVD, and newly purchased games. The upper level has an eat-in kitchen, as well as a formal dining room capable of seating all of the guests staying in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies, and dishes. $425.00 per night, plus a $175.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people.
	Sandpiper Beach House Sandpiper Beach House is approximately 3800 square feet of luxury home. There are gorgeous views of the ocean, lake and coastal forest from almost every room. Easy public beach access is located within 1/2 mile of home. An unmanaged, natural trail to the lake can be found just outside the home. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very private neighborhood, Sandpiper Beach House is best suited to quiet adult vacationers looking for a relaxing getaway or retreat. The home has three levels, upper level is a private master suite with jetted soaking tub, large shower and king bed. Entry level includes a well appointed kitchen with double ovens and ceramic cook top, library bedroom with queen bed, living/dining areas, large laundry room and a propane grill in the garage. Gas log fireplace adds warmth to chilly evenings. Downstairs level includes a large entertainment room with wet bar, treadmill and large screen TV with built in surround sound. There are three bedrooms on this level with queen beds in each and two bathrooms with showers. Back patio access from entertainment room and patio bedroom. $550 per night plus a $200 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people.

Spectacular ocean views from almost every room. Gas log in fireplace, gorgeous deck off living room and master bedroom. State of the art kitchen with every amenity. 2 1/2 baths, garage, laundry room. Beach access less than a block away. Master bedroom has large bath with shower on main floor. Upper floor has tree bedrooms with full bath in hall. No pets, No smoking.$275.00 per night plus a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people.
