Sandpiper Beach House is approximately 3800 square feet of luxury home. There are gorgeous views of the ocean, lake and coastal forest from almost every room. Easy public beach access is located within 1/2 mile of home. An unmanaged, natural trail to the lake can be found just outside the home. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very private neighborhood, Sandpiper Beach House is best suited to quiet adult vacationers looking for a relaxing getaway or retreat.

The home has three levels, upper level is a private master suite with jetted soaking tub, large shower and king bed. Entry level includes a well appointed kitchen with double ovens and ceramic cook top, library bedroom with queen bed, living/dining areas, large laundry room and a propane grill in the garage. Gas log fireplace adds warmth to chilly evenings. Downstairs level includes a large entertainment room with wet bar, treadmill and large screen TV with built in surround sound. There are three bedrooms on this level with queen beds in each and two bathrooms with showers. Back patio access from entertainment room and patio bedroom.

$550 per night plus a $200 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people.
