	Lane House This totally charming home sits high above the town of Seal Rock with wonderful views of the ocean from the deck and sitting room in the kitchen. Located on the east side of highway 101 this beautiful home was recently remodeled and is all brand new! There are three levels to this home, the main or middle level encompasses two bedrooms, one with a twin bed and one with a queen. Full size washer and dryer in convenient closet between bedrooms. There is a bath with shower in the hall between the two bedrooms. There is also a wonderful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, full sized oven and side-by-side refrigerator. Two eating areas are near the kitchen and a cozy wood stove. The upper level, (loft area) has a large unfurnished room adjacent to a walk way which traverses above the kitchen area and ends at an open bedroom with a twin bed. The lower level has a large family room with TV, eating area and comfy furniture. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed and bath with shower. There is also a hot tub. The home does not have a garage, although it does accept dogs (two limit) and is furnished with an enclosed aggragate floored dog run. There is a large parking area for guests. $200.00 per night plus a $100.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Lea This newer Ocean view home has two bedrooms and two baths with a queen bed in each bedroom. Spacious open living area looks out over a great deck to the Pacific Ocean. Hardwoood floors, hand painted tiles in the kitchen, TV, VCR, satellite dish, fireplace, dishwasher, washer/dryer and telephone. This is a non-smoking home. $145.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Little Haven Charming two bedroom home in Sandpiper Village. Queen beds in each bedroom and an open floor plan with a very convenient kitchen. Close beach access for miles of beachcombing. No smoking but pets are allowed. $90.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four (4) people.
	Moffett This delightful 2 and a half bedroom and one and a half bath home is only steps away from the beach. One queen size bed in each of the front bedrooms. The third bedroom has single bunk beds. Queen sofa bed in the living room. Besides a fully equipped kitchen amenities include washer/dryer & dishwasher. This is a non-smoking home. $90.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
	Rocky Point Lodge Spectacular 180 degree plus view with the ocean less than 200 feet from the front door. Great Views of Yachats rocky coastline from this three bedroom Lindal Cedar Home. Two bedrooms have king beds and the other has two twin beds. Separate apartment with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. Gas log fireplace in Main House and TV/VCR's in both. No smoking or pets allowed. Main House is $225.00 per night plus a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people and with the Apartment it is $325.00 per night plus a $100.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people for both houses. (Apartment not available separately.)
