Rental Policy

BAYSHORE VACATION RENTALS

Welcome: In order to make your stay enjoyable we would appreciate your attention to the following:

Office Hours: Summer: Mon-Fri 9-5, Sat 9-4, Sun 10-4/ Winter: Mon-Fri 9-5, Sat 9-3, Sun 10-1

We must have credit card information on file whether you pay by cash or check or creditcard. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Final payment instructions: if you would like to pay by check, money order, or a different credt card other than the one we have on file please call us 4 to 5 days ahead of final payment due date to let us know of your payment method. If you must cancel your reservation we need notice two weeks prior to your arrival, all monies paid excluding the $25 booking fee will be refunded. If you cancel and do not give us two weeks' notice and we cannot re-rent the house you will be changed for those nights. Guests must be 21 years of age to rent. There are no refunds for early departure. All rates and fees are subject to change.

Most of our homes are in highly restricted neighborhoods which do not allow motor homes, campers, travel trailers, or boats on trailers parked on the premises for more than 24 hours. Fireworks are not permitted on the beach. Beach fires are permitted if you build them closer to the water and out of the sand grass. If you have questions please call us at 1-800-752-6321,

We reserve the right to check homes for maximum occupancy, absolutely no more people in the home than the house limit allows. Violators will be asked to leave immediately with NO REFUNDS. Guests will be responsible for any damage to property and additional fees for damages and additional cleaning will be charged to your credit card. Large group gatherengs, weddings, reunions, are strictly prohibited.
***** Please note: we try our best to maintain hot tubs and gas log fireplaces. In some instances they may malfunction; we are unable to offer refunds should this occur.

Guests must provide paper products, personal soaps and firewood unless otherwise noted. Linens and firewood are available in our office for a minimal fee. All homes are supplied with blankets and pillows, most have sheets with the exception of those not equipped with washers/dryers. Please refer to the individual house sheets. All houses have fully equipped kitchens.

Please do not cook crab in the house, the smell is impossible to get out of our homes. There are facilities provided at the Port of Alsea. Please do not burn driftwood in the fireplace, driftwood contains salt which will destroy the fireplace.

If you do not arrive by the time the office closes we will automatically leave an envelope for you with your name, 2 keys, house name and directioons to the house in a letter holder at the RED DOOR ENTRANCE (this is if you have a completed application and paid reservation on file with us.) Check in is at 4 pm (if house has been cleaned you may check in earlier, please call for appropriate time), check out is at 11 am, and an additional nights' stay will be charged if we do not receive keys back in our office by that time. Lost keys are subject to a $15 per key charge.
