	Lane House This totally charming home sits high above the town of Seal Rock with wonderful views of the ocean from the deck and sitting room in the kitchen. Located on the east side of highway 101 this beautiful home was recently remodeled and is all brand new! There are three levels to this home, the main or middle level encompasses two bedrooms, one with a twin bed and one with a queen. There is a bath with shower in the hall between the two bedrooms. There is also a wonderful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, full sized oven and side-by-side refrigerator. Two eating areas are near the kitchen and a cozy wood stove. The upper level, (loft area) has a large unfurnished room adjacent to a walk way which traverses above the kitchen area and ends at an open bedroom with a twin bed. The lower level has a large family room with TV, eating area and comfy furniture. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed and bath with shower. The home does not have a garage, although it does accept dogs (two limit) and is furnished with an enclosed aggragate floored dog run. There is a large parking area for guests. There is also a hot tub available for an additional fee. Sleeps 6
	Rubin Newly remodeled Craftsman style home in Bayshore. This three bedroom (2 queens, 1 trundle) has one full bath in hall and 1/2 bath off master bedroom. Cozy kitchen, dining area seats 6. Larger screen TV with comfortable living room seating. Laundry room with washer/dryer and a double car garage. 6 block walk to beach and Bayshore Beach Club. Includes summer pool privileges. 	Sturrock House Two bedroom 1 ½ bath home, 2 block walk to the beach. Lovely view from living room and deck. Fireplace, washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen. TV, VCR, both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Located in the Sandpiper neighborhood just 1 mile north of Waldport.
	Sutter House This cozy cabin is just a two block walk to the beach. Two bedrooms with loft upstairs. One bedroom and loft have queen beds and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed and double. Two baths with showers in each. Stack washer and dryer in upstairs loft. Wonderful, large deck with magnificent views of the ocean. Sleeps 6, 1 dog limit with prior approval.

There is a two night minimum stay, a $25.00 reservation fee and a 10% county or 8% city room tax in addition to the nightly rate and cleaning fee. These rates are subject to change. Sorry, but none of our homes are available for weddings, large parties, etc. due to occupancy restrictions.
