There is a $125 initial payment due at the time of booking. The balance is due two weeks before arrival. Charges refer to a cleaning fee and a $25 reservation fee.  Please refer to our policy page for additional information.

There is a two night minimum stay, a $25.00 reservation fee and a 8% county or 10% city room tax in addition to the nightly rate and cleaning fee. These rates are subject to change. Sorry, but none of our homes are available for weddings, large parties, etc. due to occupancy restrictions.

There is a $50 dog fee per reservation in those homes that accept dogs. Please refer to specific home information to make sure your house is dog friendly.  We welcome only dogs, no other pets are allowed.
