All homes have a $125 deposit at time of booking and balance due within 14 days of arrival.  We have a very lenient cancellation policy: Guest may cancel before two weeks of arrival for only $25 cancellation fee.   7TH NIGHT FREE ANY SEASON, ANY HOME.
