This home was equipped with almost everything you need. It was very comfortable and much better than a hotel. Prices were really reasonable. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to rent it.

There should be instructions on how to use the shower, possibly laminated, and with large enough print that you don't need reading glasses. Because we did not know how to use it, the first night was a bath, not a shower. It was difficult for me since I had back surgery that affected my leg. The instructions were in the main bath, but this was not known at the time.

If we would have known that you were having problems with the bath tub we could have corrected it immediately. We are on call 24/7, we respond to every phone call. We are very sorry you had problems with the shower and have placed another instruction note in the bathroom.
