Upstairs rec room. Just a short jaunt to miles of beachcombing. No smoking but pets are allowed. $125.00 per night plus a $60.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people. This house does not have direct beach access, less than a block walk on highway 101 to a safe beach access.
	Bertelsen's Barracks High bank oceanfront home in quiet secluded neighborhood, near Lehr's Landing and Sandalwood. Wood burning fireplace in living room.. Two bedrooms with queen beds, convenient kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and dryer, newly remodeled deck with spectacular views from living area $175 per night plus a $50 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people. Pets OK
	Lane House This totally charming home sits high above the town of Seal Rock with wonderful views of the ocean from the deck and sitting room in the kitchen. Located on the east side of highway 101 this beautiful home was recently remodeled and is all brand new! There are three levels to this home, the main or middle level encompasses two bedrooms, one with a twin bed and one with a queen. Full size washer and dryer in convenient closet between bedrooms. There is a bath with shower in the hall between the two bedrooms. There is also a wonderful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, full sized oven and side-by-side refrigerator. Two eating areas are near the kitchen and a cozy wood stove. The upper level, (loft area) has a large unfurnished room adjacent to a walk way which traverses above the kitchen area and ends at an open bedroom with a twin bed. The lower level has a large family room with TV, eating area and comfy furniture. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed and bath with shower. There is also a hot tub. The home does not have a garage, although it does accept dogs (two limit) and is furnished with an enclosed aggragate floored dog run. There is a large parking area for guests. $200.00 per night plus a $100.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Lehr's Landing This Ocean front, 3400 s.f. home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a game room. It has great views from atop a 45 foot cliff directly over the Pacific. The house is within easy walking distance of Ona State Park. What a great house! 3 bedrooms are located on the upper level, one king suite, with separate bathroom, shower, and Jacuzzi tub. The other bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. The second bathroom is located on this level. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other one with a queen bed. The third bathroom is located on the lower level with shower, and double vanity sink. There is a large game room with pool table, foosball, basketball game, TV/DVD, and newly purchased games. The upper level has an eat-in kitchen, as well as a formal dining room capable of seating all of the guests staying in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking supplies, and dishes. $425.00 per night, plus a $175.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people.

	Sandalwood Newly remodeled ocean front home on Huckelberry Hill north of Seal Rock. This home is very close to Bertelsens's Barracks in a picturesque, quiet neighborhood. Three bedroom, 2 bath with wonderful ocean views from living room, dining area and kitchen. Upper floor has kitchen, living room, bedroom with two twin beds, laundry room with washer/dryer and full bath. On the entry level is a bathroom with shower. Down stairs there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen. Beach access is less than 2 blocks from home. No pets, No smoking.$150.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Sea Gem This cute little cabin sits just above the ocean in South Beach, just a few miles south of Newport. Direct beach access down a short path, this 625 square foot bungalow is just perfect for a couple or small family. Amenities include, bath with shower only, double bed in room off living area, double sleeper sofa in living area, kitchen with stove top (no oven), microwave. Cable TV, DVD player, separate laundry room with washer/dryer. Dog friendly (1 dog limit please). $100/night plus a $40 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four (4) people.
	Steel This high bank oceanfront home has a magnificant ocean view, front deck, patio furniture, and barbeque. Lots of comfortable sleeping; one king, one queen, two twin beds plus one queen size sleeper sofa. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a fireplace and TV/VCR with DVD. This house is non-smoking with pets allowed. $150.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people. This house does not have direct beach access, less than a block walk on highway 101 to a safe beach access.
	Sweet Retreat Beautiful high bank ocean front home in Pacific Shores, 3 miles south of Newport. 4 bedrooms with queen beds, plus additional sleeping with futon and trundle. Spectacular ocean views from almost every room. Gas log in fireplace, gorgeous deck off living room and master bedroom. State of the art kitchen with every amenity. 2 1/2 baths, garage, laundry room. Beach access less than a block away. Master bedroom has large bath with shower on main floor. Upper floor has tree bedrooms with full bath in hall. No pets, No smoking.$275.00 per night plus a $100.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people.
