Many of our Waldport homes are in the Bayshore and Sandpiper Village neighborhoods, adjacent to each other and encompassing a neighborhood consisting of approximately 1,500 homes just 1 mile north of Waldport. These 2 areas afford our guests incomparable access to the ocean beaches, most homes are either directly on the ocean or are within a 1 to 2 block distance. Our office is located just at the entrance to Bayshore Estates.

	Al Manar (House of Light) Three bedroom tri-level Oceanfront condo in Sandpiper Village. Just steps to miles of beach to comb. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a bunk bed and two twins. Large fireplace in the living room lend to it's cozy ambience. DVD player plus VCR. No smoking and no pets. $150.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people. (Al Manar means House of Light in Egyptian).
	Anchor House Charming three bedroom view home only a short walk to miles of beachcombing. Master bedroom has a king bed and the other two have queen beds and it has two baths plus a TV/VCR and a DVD player for your enjoyment. This house is no-smoking and no pets. $125.00 per night with a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Annie's House Can't get any closer than this!...wonderful two bedroom, two bath home, right on the ocean. Both bedrooms have queen beds, master also has a queen futon.. Cozy rock wood burning fireplace, washer-dryer, TV, VCR, double car garage. No smoking. No pets. $175.00 per night plus a $45.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Bayshore Light House Four bedrooms with queen beds and two baths. Say: "Extraordinary views from this two-story family home. Four bedroom, (all with queens), 2 baths. Extraordinary views from this two-story family home. Two decks for viewing. Fireplace in center living area makes for a cozy retreat. Spacious floor plan with room for the whole family. Downstairs family/game room where you and your kids can play. No smoking but pets are allowed. $150.00 per night plus a $60.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
	Beach Time Beautifully appointed home north of Beach Club in Bayshore. 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 baths, living room with a wood stove. Now with WIFI!! Hot tub off the master bedroom with views of the ocean. Step right out to the deck with miles of beach combing. $250 per night plus a $60 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Bohemia Bungalow Newly remodeled two bedroom 1 1/2 bath home in Sandpiper (full bath with tub in hall and a separate laundry room with shower, no second toilet).. Wonderful views from deck and living room and a short two block walk to beach. Queen in the large master bedroom with private back yard. 2nd bedroom has a daybed which can make into a king bed. Fully equipped kitchen, TV with VCR in living room and wonderful fireplace, no smoking, will accept small dog with approval. $85 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four (4) people. 	Breeze Easy Wonderful family vacation home in Bayshore with views of Alsea Bay Bridge. Beach access is just across the neighborhood street The main level of the home has a large living room, convenient kitchen and dining area which opens out to a large deck overlooking the fenced back yard and views of the bay and bridge. A large BBQ is provided for year-round use. Livingroom has a sleeper sofa and TV. Full bath located in hall near two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and 2 twin futon mats, the other with a queen bed. Downstairs is a large rec room with pool table, large TV, bath, laundry room and bedroom with a queen bed. Plenty of games for kids and adults are provided. Wood burning fireplaces in both the living room and rec room. Double car garage. No pets. $150 per night plus a $100.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people.
	Browne This oceanfront home has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, one bath, sleeper sofa, color television, telephone, and a spectacular ocean view. It is right on the beach. No smoking or pets. $125.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Bud-n-Molly's This 3 bedroom (6 person max, 3 car max), 2-bathroom house has lots of extras. Its view is better than some beachfront homes (a telescope will make whale & ship watching fun for all). The queen beds in 2 of its bedrooms were new in 2006 and the twin beds in the other can be pushed together to make a king (sheets are provided). The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to make a gourmet meal (new range w/ smooth top surface, Kitchen Aid mixer, spices, (4) hole toaster, All Clad dishwasher safe cookware, and coffee grinder.) In the evening watch a DVD on a Sony Grand Wega 50" TV (over 60 DVDs are provide at the house) or listen to your favorite CD or iPod on a Bose Wave music system. A walk on the beach can be done anytime. Easy beach access is only 1/2 a block away. On those rainy days play ping-pong on the table that is set up in the garage or there are games and puzzles galore. And don't forget Fido. This is a dog friendly house, no smoking. $175.00 per night plus a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Captain's Quarters Gorgeous almost new ocean front home in Bayshore. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, wonderful kids' playroom with TV/VCR with twin captains beds. Master bedroom has a king, 2 guest bedrooms with queens and 4th bedroom with twins. Upstairs has family room/kitchen and dining area with a lovely stone fireplace. Walk right out to the ocean, awesome views from almost every room! WIFI capable. $300.00 night plus a $100.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people.
	Catamaran Brand new home, three bedroom, two bath home in Bayshore. Master has queen bed with electric fireplace, flat screen TV. Adjoining bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two twins. Additional full bath in hall. Large, flat screen TV in living room with gas fireplace. Large kitchen and lots of eating space. Wonderful covered deck off back of house with Bayshore tennis courts and children's swings just outside the back door. Cozy window seat offers a partial view, woodstove and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and queen beds in each of the two bedrooms. $80.00 per night plus a $35.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Daly House This large oceanfront home has three bedrooms with a queen bed in each, two baths, fireplace, well equipped kitchen, color television and VCR, telephone, and its right on the beach. No smoking or pets. $175.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Dolphin Dunes Low bank custom built Oceanfront home, just step right off the deck and onto the beach! Open floor plan and spacious living areas with three bedrooms and three baths. Master and second bedrooms have king beds and the third has a set of bunk beds and a daybed. Oceanfront living at it's best. This house is no-smoking and no pets. $250.00 per night with a $90.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten 10) people.
	Dowd (A) Beautiful character side by side two story beach cabin. Old and new. Wake up and see & hear the surf from your bed. Tastefully remodeled original side featuring 3 bedrooms plus a hide-a-bed. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, two bathrooms - jacuzzi tub upstairs, shower down. Phone, cable TV/VCR, and CD stereo. Huge stone fireplace, carport, and a fantastic view. No smoking or pets. $125.00 per night plus a $60.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people. Rent both units for $200.00 per night with a $100.00 cleaning fee.
