	Ford This distant oceanfront home has 3 small bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with bunk beds. Large 2 level deck surrounds two sides of the home. No smoking or pets. $70.00 per night plus a $30.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Ocean's Edge Two bedroom two bath clifftop oceanfront. King and queen beds and queen sleeper sofa. Panoramic ocean view with easy beach access. Linens, blankets, pillows comforters, and towels are provided. This house is non-smoking with pets allowed. $125.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	SeaCrest This quaint little beach cottage features its own private access to the beach. It has three bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. It has a queen bed, two double beds and 1 twin in the dormer. This Oceanfront home has a large private front yard. No smoking or pets. $135.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of seven (7) people.
	Seawoods This cozy Oceanfront home features a comfortable window seat perfect for reading. You can also snuggle up next to the fireplace. It has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other a double. It also has available a twin sleeper sofa in the living room. For extra sleeping the window seat features a twin size futon. Beach access nearby. No pets or smoking. $125.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people. Limited parking for two compact cars only.
	Wilson Wetlands A remarkable Alsea River Front home, private and secluded, with boat dock, gazebo, fireplace and hot tub. Queen bed in the master with a bunk bed in a small room adjoining, a double bed in the second bedroom and a trundle bed in the third. No smoking but pets are allowed. $150.00 per night with a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
