Waldport Vacation Homes

Many of our Waldport homes are in the Bayshore and Sandpiper Village neighborhoods, adjacent to each other and encompassing a neighborhood consisting of approximately 1,500 homes just 1 mile north of Waldport. These 2 areas afford our guests incomparable access to the ocean beaches, most homes are either directly on the ocean or are within a 1 to 2 block distance. Our office is located just at the entrance to Bayshore Estates.

	Nautical House Cute two bedroom bungalow on ocean front in Bayshore. 2 bedrooms with queen beds on main floor and a fun rec room in basement complete with pool table and two sets of bunks. One bath up with shower and half bath down with washer and dryer. Step right out to the ocean from the living/dining area. Kitchen has view and all appliances. TV/VCR/DVD player and fireplace. No smoking, no pets. $175.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people
	Pacific Views Ocean front living at its best, this large, family friendly home in Bayshore is meant to be enjoyed by all. Large living area upstairs has spectacular views of the Pacific, the Alsea Bay Bridge and Alsea Bay itself. Perched high on a dune, this three bedroom (2 with king beds one with a queen) 2 bath home has plenty of room for everyone. Two den rooms in the basement can be used for extra sleeping space, one with three twins, the other with 3 sleeper couches. Extra roomy kitchen with all upgraded appliances. Master bedroom has large bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer and another full bath in the hall. Large TV, VCR, DVD in living room and TV with DVD and VCR in lower level to keep the kids occupied when it's raining. $300.00 per night plus a $100.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of twelve (12) people.
	Paul's Place Large ocean front home in Bayshore Estates, 4 bedrooms, three with king beds, a large children's bedroom with 3 sets of bunks, TV and games. There is also a queen bed in the lower level, 4 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens and two living rooms, each on a separate level. Step right out onto the sand for miles of beach combing. No smoking or pets.$425.00 per night plus a $150.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of fourteen (14) people.
	Russell House This cute little cabin is tucked away among the pine trees. It features a fireplace with gas log, two bedrooms, one bath and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom features two double beds. No pets or smoking. $80.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Sailer's Cuddy Charming newer 3 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front home in Bayshore (Waldport). Queen beds in all three bedrooms plus a loft for additional sleeping plus a large whirlpool bath off the master bedroom. Convenient kitchen with breakfast bar. Step right onto the beach for miles of beachcombing. No smoking allowed. $250.00 per night plus a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.
	Sandpiper Beach House Sandpiper Beach House is approximately 3800 square feet of luxury home. There are gorgeous views of the ocean, lake and coastal forest from almost every room. Easy public beach access is located within 1/2 mile of home. An unmanaged, natural trail to the lake can be found just outside the home. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very private neighborhood, Sandpiper Beach House is best suited to quiet adult vacationers looking for a relaxing getaway or retreat. The home has three levels, upper level is a private master suite with jetted soaking tub, large shower and king bed. Entry level includes a well appointed kitchen with double ovens and ceramic cook top, library bedroom with queen bed, living/dining areas, large laundry room and a propane grill in the garage. Gas log fireplace adds warmth to chilly evenings. Downstairs level includes a large entertainment room with wet bar, treadmill and large screen TV with built in surround sound. There are three bedrooms on this level with queen beds in each and two bathrooms with showers. Back patio access from entertainment room and patio bedroom. $550 per night plus a $200 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of ten (10) people.
	Sandpiper Cottage This newly remodeled dog friendly home sits directly on the beach with wonderful views of the Pacific. Three bedrooms, 2 with queens and 1 with two twins. Woodburning fireplace in the cozy living room, garage has been converted to a play room with ping pong, foos ball. TV, VCR, washer/dryer. $225 per night plus a $85 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Scandia House Wonderful views of the ocean can be easily seen from this very cute, recently remodeled home in Bayshore. Very easy three block walk to the beach. This home has three bedrooms and two baths, separate living room, large family room off kitchen with a woodstove. Everything on one level with easy access to home with very few steps. Master has a king bed, two other bedrooms have queens. Two baths, both with tubs, one off master suite. There is a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. Convenient slider doors off two of the bedrooms to the deck and an additional one off the dining area. TV in living room with DVD and VCR. Single car garage and separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. 1 dog limit. $175.00 per night plus a $85.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	SeaCrest Charming ocean front, three bedroom, 1.5 bath with private beach access south of Waldport. One bedrom has queen, two have doubles and a loft with twin. No smoking or pets. $150.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of seven (7) people.
	Seawoods 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front home in Seawoods Terrace, just south of Waldport. One bedroom has a queen, one has a duoble. Two small sleeper sofas for kids in living room. Wonderful rock fireplace burns real wood. Full size washer and dryer, convenient kitchen. Beach access less than a block away on quiet neighborhood street.$125.00 per night plus a $40.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people. Limited parking for two compact cars only.
	Shellhaven This newly remodeled Bayshore bay front home is cozy and cute. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, the master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen and there is a full bath in the hall. Comfy living room with larger TV and DVD. There are wonderful views of the bay, bridge and city of Waldport from the master bedroom and living/dining area, with direct beach access via stairs to the bay. Living room also has a pellet stove and sleeper sofa. Laundry area is located in the master bath with full size washer and dryer. Single car garage. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. No pets or smoking. $160 per night plus a $45.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four to six(4 - 6) people.
	Split View Retreat Comfortable view home with a new two level viewing deck just two blocks to the beach. Loaded with amenities, this home has queen beds in each of the two bedrooms and two baths. Wood stove and a comfortable open living area with a queen sleeper sofa plus ping pong and a dart board in the finished garage make this a wonderful family vacation home. No smoking. $100.00 per night plus a $45.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Sturrock House Two bedroom 1 ½ bath home, 2 block walk to the beach. Lovely view from living room and deck. Fireplace, washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen. TV, VCR, both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Located in the Sandpiper neighborhood just 1 mile north of Waldport. $125.00 per night plus a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four (4) people.
	Topley Wonderful two bedroom, 2 bath home (queens in each bedroom) with a separate loft that has two twins. Perfect for three couples or two couples with children, this ocean front home features living, dining and kitchen areas with awesome views of the ocean and immediate beach access right out the back door! Washer/dryer, TV/DVD, convenient kitchen with all appliances. Pets okay (1 dog limit).$175.00 per night plus a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Twain House This newly redecorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is fun and bright. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the view of the bay on the oversized couches in the living room. There are also plenty of games, puzzles and books are available. Just across the street from the Howard Johnson for easy access to a restaurant. Master bedroom has a full bath with a king bed. Guest bedroom has a trundle and queen bed with full bath. Dog run in yard, washer/dryer. 2 block walk to the beach. No smoking. $100.00 night plus a $45.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of four to six (4 - 6) people.
	Viking Haus Carousel house on the ocean with wonderful beach access. Two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two doubles, 2 baths. There is also a double futon in the den. TV, VCR, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, no pets, no smoking. $125.00 per night with a $50.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of six (6) people.
	Waverly House Brand new ocean front home in Bayshore with immediate beach access. Two queen bed master suites, each with it’s own separate shower and soaking tub. TV’s in both suites. There is additional sleeping upstairs in separate loft room,(two queen futons), large TV with DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room and single car garage. No smoking, no pets allowed. $250.00 per night plus a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of 6-8 people.
	Wilson Wetlands A remarkable Alsea River Front home, private and secluded, with boat dock, gazebo, fireplace and hot tub. Queen bed in the master with a bunk bed in a small room adjoining, a double bed in the second bedroom and a trundle bed in the third. No smoking but pets are allowed. $175.00 per night with a $75.00 cleaning fee with a two night minimum and a maximum of eight (8) people.
