There is a two night minimum stay, a $25.00 reservation fee and
a 8% county or 10% city room tax in addition to the nightly rate and cleaning
fee. These rates are subject to change. Sorry, but none of our homes are
available for weddings, large parties, etc. due to occupancy
restrictions.
There is a $50 pet fee per reservation. We welcome only
dogs, no other pets are allowed. |
